Thimons Duquesne Industrial Group (TDI) was formed in 2001 through the merging of two operating companies:

Thimons Incorporated, founded 1960, that specialized as a supplier of quality used industrial mechanical equipment servicing the primary metals and steel mill industries and Duquesne Electric & Manufacturing Company, founded 1916, that specialized as a supplier of used re-manufactured electrical & mechanical equipment to the metals industry with the objective of accommodating the global industry through enhanced and expanded equipment capabilities and resources promoting used equipment … our economical solution for the metals and manufacturing industries.

TDI is a buyer of machinery & equipment and an industry service provider, supplying used equipment from inventory and network resources via our extended reach into the global market while working for our clients worldwide.
